Trách nhiệm chính gồm xây dựng, thực thi chiến lược kiểm thử hệ thống AI, kiểm thử tích hợp APIs (Yardi, Elisa AI, Twilio, thanh toán), kiểm thử full-stack Django, Angular, phát triển framework tự động hóa và quản lý quy trình QA.
Yêu cầu có 5+ năm kinh nghiệm QA/platform SaaS, 2+ năm kiểm thử AI/ML, workflows tự động hóa. Lead quality assurance for an AI-powered property management platform featuring autonomous agents, complex integrations, and modern web applications. Responsible for testing AI agent behaviors, third-party API integrations, and full-stack application functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent & Integration Testing
- Design test strategies for AI agent decision-making, cross-agent workflows, and performance optimization
- Test complex third-party integrations (Yardi, Elisa AI, Twilio, payment systems, marketplace APIs)
- Validate real-time data synchronization, conflict resolution, and webhook processing
- Conduct performance testing for high-volume concurrent operations and load scenarios
- Platform Testing & QA Management
- Execute comprehensive testing of Django REST APIs and Angular frontend applications
- Test multi-tenant architecture, security, real-time dashboards, and mobile applications
- Develop automated testing frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
- Manage QA processes, documentation, defect tracking, and team coordination
Required Qualifications
- Experience (5+ Years)
- AI/ML Testing: 2+ years testing AI systems, model validation, and automation workflows
- API Testing: Extensive REST API testing and third-party integration validation
- Full-Stack Testing: Django, Angular, database, and cloud platform testing experience
- TestAutomation: Advanced automation framework development and implementation
Technical Skills
- Testing Tools: Selenium, Cypress, pytest, Jest, Postman, JMeter
- Programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL scripting
- Platforms: Django REST Framework, Angular, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker
- CI/CD: GitLab CI, automated testing integration, deployment validation
