Account Manager (B2B/electronics/remote)
Vị trí này thuộc công ty People Profilers, làm việc Toàn thời gian và Remote, tập trung vào xây dựng và phát triển kênh khách hàng chủ chốt B2B mảng điện tử tại Việt Nam. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm đạt các chỉ tiêu doanh số, xây dựng mạng lưới phân phối và phối hợp các phòng ban để đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng. Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, thu nhập hấp dẫn theo thành tích.
Yêu cầu gồm: ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm B2B điện tử/công nghiệp, tốt nghiệp khối kỹ thuật, thành thạo MS Windows, Office, Salesforce.com, tiếng Anh và ưu tiên biết thêm ngoại ngữ khác. Ứng viên phải là người Việt và có kỹ năng xây dựng quan hệ với các đối tác chiến lược.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales Budget, KPIs & execute well on business plans
- Develop and grow the key accounts of B2B market segments in Vietnam
- Establish good relationship with Customers, Government personnel, and other relevant stakeholders
- Acquire and grow Distribution Network for the Vietnamese Markets
- Develop a quality sales pipeline of focus segments, Carbon Zinc product market penetration into Vietnam and other key initiatives
- Interface and cooperate with Business Units and other functional departments to meet customers needs and goals
- Timely update and maintain the sales forecasts, SFDC entries, and other business planning systems
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Engineering-related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Electronics and Industrial B2B markets
- Proven ability to meet and exceed Sales targets
- Proven track records in managing and growing key accounts
- Vietnamese-local; able to speak & write in English
- Outgoing personality, and a proven ability to build relations with key stakeholders
- Proficient in IT skills such as MS Windows, MS Office & Salesforce.com
Candidates who possess proficiency in a third language eg. Chinese, Korean or Japanese will have an added advantage
