This role requires designing and delivering production-grade AI services integrated into core accounting and financial systems.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core / .NET Framework</li> <li>Architect and implement production-ready RAG pipelines (embedding, retrieval, ranking, response orchestration)</li> <li>Develop LLM-powered services using LangChain or similar frameworks</li> <li>Build and maintain AI agents with tool integrations and structured workflows</li> <li>Design clean APIs and service contracts for AI-powered modules</li> <li>Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps</li> <li>Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI services in Azure and/or AWS environments</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship AI-driven features end-to-end</li> <li>Contribute to technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and raise engineering standards within the team</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Must-Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of backend development experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework</li> <li>Experience designing and deploying AI applications in production</li> <li>Experience working with Azure AI Foundry and Azure DevOps workflows</li> <li>Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure and/or AWS)</li> <li>Fluent English communication skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with vector databases and LLM evaluation frameworks</li> <li>Knowledge of microservices architecture and data pipelines</li> <li>Domain experience in Construction, Accounting, or FinTech</li> </ul> <h3>Working Model</h3> <p>Remote 100%.
