Vị trí thực tập phát triển kinh doanh tại Syntellix Marketing (TP.HCM, Remote) phù hợp với sinh viên, fresher hoặc bạn trẻ muốn phát triển trong môi trường startup quốc tế. Bạn sẽ thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường, tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng, hỗ trợ hoạt động lead generation và quản lý dữ liệu trên CRM/Google Sheets với thời gian làm việc linh hoạt cùng quyền lợi đào tạo và thu nhập theo hiệu quả.

Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, chỉ cần tinh thần chủ động, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng tìm kiếm thông tin. Biết dùng LinkedIn, các công cụ online hoặc đọc hiểu tiếng Anh là một lợi thế lớn để phát triển lâu dài, đồng hành cùng đội ngũ trẻ, năng động.

Description:

Syntellix Marketing is looking for proactive, eager-to-learn young individuals who desire to develop within a startup environment to support the team in expanding international clients. You will be directly trained on customer prospecting processes, outbound outreach, and how to build business opportunities in the B2B environment.

Job Description

  • Market research and identifying target customer groups
  • Searching for and compiling a list of potential customers
  • Supporting basic outreach activities
  • Updating and managing customer data on CRM/Google Sheets
  • Collaborating with the team to create business opportunities
  • Monitoring and improving the effectiveness of lead generation activities

Requirements

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided from scratch
  • Suitable for students, freshers, or individuals looking to grow within a startup environment
  • Demonstrate a spirit of learning and proactivity in work
  • Good information search skills
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Oriented towards development in a startup environment
  • Knowledge of using LinkedIn or online tools is a plus
  • Basic English reading and comprehension skills are a plus
