Internal Communication Specialist (Remote)
Vị trí nhân viên truyền thông nội bộ tại NSC Software cho phép bạn làm việc remote, giờ hành chính, với mức lương lên đến 15 triệu đồng/tháng. Vai trò này tập trung hỗ trợ tổ chức các hoạt động kết nối nhân viên, tạo nội dung truyền thông nội bộ, phối hợp tổ chức sự kiện và góp phần xây dựng văn hóa doanh nghiệp. Bạn sẽ được làm việc cùng đội ngũ chuyên nghiệp, nhận các phúc lợi hấp dẫn như thưởng tháng 13, bảo hiểm xã hội, 12 ngày phép, bảo hiểm sức khỏe và hỗ trợ đào tạo chuyên sâu.
Ứng viên cần có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong truyền thông, marketing, HR hoặc các vị trí liên quan, tốt nghiệp đại học ngành phù hợp và thành thạo tiếng Việt, Anh (tối thiểu IELTS 6.0). Ưu tiên kỹ năng thiết kế cơ bản (Canva, Figma), chỉnh sửa video, tư duy sáng tạo, chủ động, chịu trách nhiệm và phối hợp công việc tốt trong môi trường online.

Job Description
At NSC Software you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with fixed working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Vietnam time). We are looking for a proactive and energetic Internal Communication Specialist to support employee engagement and internal communication activities for our growing IT outsourcing company with 200+ employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, organizing internal initiatives, creating engaging content, and contributing to a positive company culture in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute internal communication activities across the company
- Create engaging content for internal channels such as:
- Company announcements
- Employee engagement posts
- Internal newsletters
- Event communications
- Coordinate and support internal events, online activities, and employee engagement programs
- Collaborate with HR, TA, and other departments to promote company culture and internal initiatives
- Help maintain and improve internal communication channels and content consistency
- Collect employee feedback and support initiatives to improve employee experience
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, posters, and communication assets
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in Internal Communication, HR, Employer Branding, Marketing, or related roles
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Energetic, outgoing, quick-learning, and detail-oriented personality
- English communication proficiency equivalent to at least IELTS 6.0
Nice-to-have
- Basic design skills using tools such as: Canva, Figma (basic)
- Basic mobile video editing skills using: CapCut, Canva Video, Other mobile editing applications
- Experience creating social/internal engagement content
- Interest in company culture, employee engagement, and branding activities
- Creative mindset with a good sense of visual content
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Active, adaptable, and highly responsive
- Good time management and multitasking ability
