Analytics Engineer
Bạn sẽ đảm nhận vai trò thiết kế, phát triển pipeline dữ liệu và ETL cho khách hàng của Joon Solutions tại Việt Nam (làm việc remote, full-time). Công việc bao gồm xây dựng mô hình dữ liệu, phân tích số liệu, chuẩn bị báo cáo phân tích, và đảm bảo chất lượng, bảo mật dữ liệu. Mức lương từ 20-40 triệu VNĐ, 2 review hiệu suất/năm, thưởng tháng 13, hỗ trợ WFH, và nhiều cơ hội phát triển năng lực với các chứng chỉ kỹ thuật miễn phí.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm SQL, thành thạo Power BI, Tableau hoặc công cụ tương tự, kinh nghiệm với ETL và data modeling. Ưu tiên biết Python, từng làm consulting, có hiểu biết về AWS/GCP, và kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt. Phù hợp cho ai yêu thích lĩnh vực phân tích dữ liệu và muốn phát triển cùng dự án toàn cầu.

Responsibilities
As an analytics engineer at Joon Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work with our clients to understand their business objectives, gather requirements, and develop solutions that enable them to make data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and develop data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our clients' data warehouses using modern data stack technologies.
- Design and maintain data models that provide a structured view of the data, allowing our clients to analyze and explore their data easily.
- Perform descriptive analysis to provide valuable and actionable insights for clients’ businesses. Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Develop ETL processes to automate data ingestion and ensure data quality.
- Work closely with our data scientists, data engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality data solutions to our clients.
- Ensure our clients' data is secured and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support to our clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure that our solutions are of high quality and follow best practices.
- Contribute to the company's growth by identifying new opportunities for our services, building relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL, additional experience with programming languages (python, r) is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience with any visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau…)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for data and keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.
- Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
