APAC Rice Project Lead
Vị trí thuộc AgriCapture, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam với hợp đồng toàn thời gian, dẫn dắt việc triển khai các dự án giảm phát thải methane trong sản xuất lúa tại APAC. Nhân viên chịu trách nhiệm quản lý dự án, kiểm soát tiến độ, phát triển đối tác triển khai, tổng hợp hồ sơ tài liệu theo chuẩn quốc tế và phối hợp khảo sát thực địa. Được hưởng mức lương cạnh tranh, nghỉ phép linh hoạt và chính sách phúc lợi hấp dẫn.
Yêu cầu có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án liên quan nông nghiệp hoặc bền vững, ưu tiên am hiểu về lúa hoặc các tiêu chuẩn carbon offset (Verra VM51/Gold Standard), có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, kỹ năng tổ chức, sẵn sàng đi công tác nước ngoài.

Job Title: APAC Rice Project Lead
Reports to: Director of Product
Location: Flexible within APAC (Preference: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Singapore)
Travel: Up to 25% across APAC project sites

Objectives of the Role: The APAC Rice Project Lead will lead day-to-day execution and expansion of rice methane reduction projects across Asia-Pacific. This role sits at the center of implementation partners, field teams, and internal leadership to ensure projects are executed with high integrity and scaled efficiently. Success in this role is measured by growth in total hectares under management, quality of implementation, and verified credits generated.
