Application Support Engineer
Manpower Vietnam is seeking a remote Application Support Engineer based in Vietnam to join its international IT operations team. This is a full-time role focused on delivering technical support for enterprise-level applications. Core responsibilities include managing incidents and service requests, investigating application issues, collaborating with development and operations teams, and maintaining reports and documentation. Your role
In this role, you will manage incidents and service requests, log and track tickets, and ensure their resolution within the agreed SLA.
You will investigate issues, coordinate with IT Operations and Development teams, and keep users informed about ticket progress.
Your responsibilities will also include participating in outage bridges to help resolve service-impacting problems quickly and maintaining reports on support activities.
You will work with technologies such as Windows Server, MS SQL Server, IIS, and .NET-based applications, contributing to continuous service improvements.
As part of a global team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across different locations using various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and shared documentation.

Your profile
You should have a BE, MCA, or an equivalent degree with minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or application troubleshooting.
A strong understanding of Windows Server and MS SQL Server is essential, and hands-on experience with .NET-based web applications will be a plus.
Familiarity with IT Service Management tools, ITIL processes, and enterprise support environments is preferred.
If you have experience working with European customers, that will be an advantage.
