Agentic AI Engineer - Global HFT - Relocation to the UAE - Up to $450k TC
Role: Agentic AI Engineer (multi-agent, ReAct agent, deep research agent, LanGraph, MCP)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Client: High-Frequency Trading firm with offices around the globe
Budget: USD $300 - 450k TC (tax-free)
Most “AI roles” are still experimentation. This isn’t one of them.
I’m hiring for a high-performing HFT building production-grade, agentic AI systems used in real-time environments.
Big names or finance backgrounds aren't a requirement (can be beneficial) - they’re looking for engineers who are actually pushing the frontier of modern AI.
What they care about:
- Building and deploying multi-agent systems end-to-end
- Experience with ReAct, Deep Research Agents, and agent orchestration
- Strong hands-on use of frameworks like LangGraph, MCP
- Working with LLMs in production, not just experimentation
- Engineers from lean teams who’ve owned problems end-to-end
- (Think less “big tech silo”, more “you built the whole system yourself”)
Nice to have: Mandarin language skills (not essential, but valuable)
