Vị trí này dành cho các chuyên gia phát triển kinh doanh B2B tại Việt Nam, làm việc từ xa cho Zimaw LLC, tập trung mở rộng thị trường toàn cầu (Mỹ, Canada, Châu Âu) trong lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm & dịch vụ IT outsourcing. Ứng viên chủ động toàn bộ chu trình bán hàng, xây dựng pipeline độc lập, linh hoạt thời gian và nhận được quyền tự quyết lớn. Thu nhập hấp dẫn dựa trên thành tựu và cơ hội làm việc thị trường quốc tế.

Yêu cầu: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng B2B trong lĩnh vực phần mềm/IT quốc tế, tiếng Anh lưu loát (cả nói & viết), có thành tích tự “khiêu chiến” và chốt hợp đồng, cùng kỹ năng bán hàng, tư vấn giải pháp và giao tiếp với cấp quản lý quốc tế. Ưu tiên ứng viên hiểu biết sâu về giải pháp công nghệ, SDLC hoặc quy trình tự động hóa.

About the Role

We are looking for sharp, driven, and results-oriented Business Development (BD) professionals based in Vietnam to expand our global footprint across the US, Canada, and Europe. In this role, you will take full ownership of the entire sales cycle—from proactive lead generation and strategic outreach to high-level negotiation and closing deals.

Your primary focus will be identifying and connecting with international businesses in need of custom software development, automation, IT staffing, or dedicated development teams. This is an ideal opportunity for an autonomous sales professional who thrives in a high-flexibility environment and has a proven track record of "hunting" and closing international B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Lead outbound lead generation efforts through LinkedIn, cold emailing, cold calling, and global networking to connect with potential B2B clients in the US, Canada, and Europe.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Guide prospects through the entire sales funnel—from the initial discovery call and solution pitching to commercial negotiations and contract closure.
  • Solution Consulting: Assess client business gaps (e.g., software project bottlenecks, budget constraints, staffing shortages) and effectively position our offshore services as the ideal solution.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Independently build, manage, and optimize your own sales pipeline with high accountability and data-driven follow-ups.
  • Strategy Execution: Develop and refine your personal outbound strategies tailored to specific target verticals, buyer personas, and geographic regions to maximize conversion rates.

Target Market & Customers

You will have the autonomy to pursue an open-market approach across Western markets, targeting various business segments including:

  • Startups & Scale-ups
  • Tech, Product, or Marketing Agencies
  • Local SMBs & Enterprise clients
  • Any business looking to accelerate their product roadmap, automate workflows, or optimize tech operational costs using premium offshore talent

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Experience: 2–3+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience within the IT Outsourcing, IT Staffing, or Software Services industry targeting international markets.
  • Core Track Record: A proven history of closing deals independently, not just booking appointments or gathering leads.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English (especially verbal and written communication) with the confidence to pitch and negotiate directly with foreign C-level executives, Founders, and Tech Leads.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation, consultative selling, and commercial negotiation skills. Highly self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a highly autonomous, remote environment without the need for rigid scripts or standard templates.

Nice-to-Have

  • An existing professional network or a mature outbound sales framework for tech services.
  • A solid understanding of modern tech stacks, software development lifecycles (SDLC), or automation solutions to handle technical discovery calls smoothly.
