BD Manager (Garment)
Vị trí này làm việc tại TP.HCM với thu nhập từ 25,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND cùng thưởng hiệu suất và các phúc lợi khác (sẽ trao đổi khi phỏng vấn). Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm tìm kiếm & phát triển khách hàng quốc tế ngành may mặc, làm việc trực tiếp với các đối tác lớn, xây dựng lộ trình phát triển kinh doanh và duy trì mạng lưới khách hàng chất lượng. Hình thức làm việc linh hoạt (remote từ HCMC hoặc gần đó).
Yêu cầu gồm 5+ năm kinh nghiệm ở mảng BD ngành may mặc, có mạng lưới quan hệ rộng với các nhãn hiệu lớn, thành thạo mô hình đề cử và chuẩn quốc tế, tiếng Anh lưu loát và sẵn sàng công tác. Tốt nghiệp Đại học ngành Kinh doanh, Dệt may hoặc liên quan.

Reporting to: Vice General Manager
Salary: 25,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND + Performance Bonus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Directly approach and secure new business from major global brands
- Work directly with Buyers and Sourcing Managers at the Brand level to get the Nomination list.
- Partner with the Vice GM to build the business development roadmap
- Leverage and maintain a high-level network within the industry to stay ahead of sourcing shifts.
- Bridge the gap between Brand requirements and Factory capabilities to ensure feasibility and speed-to-market.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in BD roles within the Garment/Apparel/Trim industry.
- An active and strong network of Contacts/Buyers
- Expertise in Nomination-based business models and international brand compliance.
- Fluency in English
- Willing to business travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile, or related fields.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary: 25,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND + Performance Bonus
- Remote working from HCMC or nearby
