Vị trí này dành cho các ứng viên năng động tại Hanoi Capital Region, làm việc từ xa toàn thời gian với mức lương cạnh tranh (25-40 triệu gross + hoa hồng) cùng nhiều phúc lợi: trợ cấp điện thoại, đi lại, bảo hiểm xã hội dựa trên 100% lương, thưởng năm và bảo hiểm sức khỏe riêng. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm tìm kiếm, xây dựng quan hệ với đối tác B2B, trình bày giải pháp, phối hợp nội bộ và sử dụng CRM theo dõi hiệu quả bán hàng.

Ứng viên cần có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm kinh doanh B2B trong lĩnh vực POD, Ecommerce hoặc nền tảng Reseller, sử dụng thành thạo Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, tiếng Anh tốt, yêu thích công nghệ, AI và có kỹ năng đàm phán thuyết phục.

Location: Office in HCM. Hanoi & Danang teams are working remotely.

Headcounts: 3 headcounts for 3 cities.

Salary: Negotiable (25-40 mils Gross basic + commission).

Job Overview and Responsibility

We are looking to hire driven B2B Sales Representatives to empower resellers to connect their online shops with our platform and drive mutual success!

  • Identify and attract B2B clients to connect their webshops with our platform, empowering them to become active resellers
  • Establish strong business relationships with potential partners, understanding their needs and creating tailored solutions
  • Present and pitch our product offerings with confidence, ensuring clients understand the value of collaboration with us
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Service) to create smooth onboarding experiences and maximize client satisfaction
  • Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools, ensuring steady growth and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Experiences

Proven track record in B2B sales (at least 2 years of experience in either POD businesses, E-commerce, or Reseller platforms) with a passion for customer relations

Strong Experience with Global Ecommerce/Overseas Ecommerce (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify) is a must

Hard Skills:

  • Fluency in English; in both verbal and written formats, with an ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in AI and experience with emerging AI tools & technologies
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively
