Vai trò này thuộc bộ phận External Relations tại Atomic Media Entertainment, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam theo mô hình dự án linh hoạt. Trách nhiệm chính bao gồm xây dựng mạng lưới quan hệ với nhãn hàng, phát triển giải pháp tài trợ, thương lượng và ký kết hợp đồng tài trợ cho các dự án truyền thông/giải trí. Thu nhập cạnh tranh dựa trên kết quả và doanh thu tài trợ với môi trường chuyên nghiệp, định hướng kết quả.
Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm B2B với nhãn hàng/agency, năng lực đàm phán, phát triển quan hệ đối tác và xây dựng đề xuất tài trợ thương mại. Ưu tiên có mạng lưới đối tác sẵn có trong ngành truyền thông hoặc giải trí, chủ động làm việc độc lập, chịu trách nhiệm về chỉ tiêu doanh thu.

Role Overview
The Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Executive is responsible for developing and managing partnerships with brands, businesses, and agencies to secure sponsorships for the Company’s media and entertainment projects.
This role serves a key commercial function, acting as the link between partner business and communication objectives and project execution. The position works closely with external partners and internal teams to design commercially viable sponsorship solutions that deliver measurable value in revenue, brand exposure, and communication effectiveness.
This role is suitable for professionals with experience in B2B partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, account management, or commercial roles, who are comfortable working independently, owning revenue targets, and operating in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Partner Development
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with brands, corporate partners, and agencies aligned with project direction and company strategy
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Expand and manage a pipeline of potential sponsors and strategic partners
