BrSE / Business Analyst Freelancer (Japanese)

Ho Chi Minh - Remote - HCMC Based

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage communication and customer-facing responsibilities, acting as a vital bridge between clients and the product development team. This role is critical in optimizing product value and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Product Value Delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests and relay them effectively to the development team.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications for developers.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the development team, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Provide consultation to customers on product features and implementation solutions to maximize delivered value.
  • Collaborate with customers to prioritize tasks and plan product releases.
  • Accept deliverables from the development team and hand over final products to customers.

Product Team Operations Management
  • Provide and maintain up-to-date information on customers, products, and plans to support informed decision-making within the team.
  • Support delivery: platform translation, align testing, and validate release readiness.
  • Participate in risk management and monitor overall product progress.
  • Join product review sessions and give constructive feedback to the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team workflows, communication, and operational processes.
  • Propose resource adjustments when necessary to ensure product goals are achieved effectively.

Requirements

* Experience: 2+ years in any of the following roles: BrSE (Bridge System Engineer), Business Analyst, or IT Communicator; Experience working with Japanese client is a must
* Language Proficiency: Japanese language skills at JLPT N2 level or higher; Spoken English is a plus
* Team Collaboration: Experience working on projects with teams of 5 or more members.
* Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT, business analysis, and project management.
* Mindset: Strong product mindset with a focus on delivering customer value and improving user experience.
Able to commit 20 hours from Sep 20th - 26th
