Business Development Executive (Software Development)
Vị trí này tại InApps Technology, làm việc Full-time tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh (có thể remote), tập trung hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch kinh doanh, quản lý khách hàng, phát triển cơ hội kinh doanh mới và phối hợp cùng đội Marketing và Sales. Quyền lợi hấp dẫn như lương thưởng cạnh tranh, bảo hiểm đầy đủ, hỗ trợ ăn trưa, gửi xe, hoạt động team building, cơ hội thăng tiến và đào tạo liên tục từ các thành viên giàu kinh nghiệm.
Ứng viên cần tốt nghiệp đại học ngành liên quan sales, marketing, có kỹ năng tiếng Anh, tư duy phân tích, hiểu biết về chỉ số bán hàng. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm marketing số hoặc từng làm trong ngành outsource IT. Phù hợp cho người mới ra trường có định hướng phát triển lĩnh vực kinh doanh phần mềm.

Description
Job Description: InApps Technology is a leading software development solutions provider in APAC, recognized globally for our innovative and customer-centric approach, ranked top on Clutch with more than 200+ successful projects in the US, Europe, Australia, and APAC. We specialize in custom software development, IT staff augmentation, and BPO services. To expand our business in 2025, we are seeking talented individuals in Business Development to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of business strategies
- Serve as a point of contact and help handle customers' individual needs
- Assist in generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Support conflict resolution and provide solutions to customers promptly
- Learn to set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Assist in developing positive relationships with clients
- Work with the Marketing and Sales team to meet the sales conversion rate KPI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or the relevant field
- Professional communication skills in English: written, verbal, and presentation
- Good analytical thinking
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good time management skills
- An ability to deliver and answer inquiries on time
- Knowledge or experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Experience in the IT Outsourcing industry is an advantage
