Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and select the top KOLs and copy traders via data analysis, personal connections, or offline workshops and conferences; close the deal in cooperation to bring Blofin the top partners;
- Create the best-of-best cooperation pattern to help with the branding and promotion of Blofin, user introduction, and revenue;
- Maintain good relationships with KOLs;
- Optimize the business proposal to maximize ROI for cooperation with each KOL.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as BD within crypto exchanges with a proven track record
- Familiar with the blockchain industry and crypto market and communities
- KOL resources and connections are a must
- Professional proficiency in English
