Ứng viên sẽ tối ưu hóa quy trình kinh doanh, phân tích dữ liệu chuyên sâu, cung cấp insight chiến lược, đồng thời phối hợp với các bộ phận để cải thiện hiệu suất. Yêu cầu nổi bật gồm thông thạo tiếng Nhật và tiếng Anh, thành thạo Excel, có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh, tài chính hoặc phân tích dữ liệu; ưu tiên ứng viên biết Power Apps và Power BI. Bằng cấp đại học ngành phù hợp là bắt buộc.

Description: Business Operations Analyst
Need someone who can (read, write, speak) Japanese and English language (Mandatory)
Experience Required:
- Should have excellent experience in excel.
- Experience and deep knowledge within Sales Excellence, Business Planning, Sales Operations, and/or Finance.
- Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome.
- Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights.
- History of driving rigor and sales discipline.
- Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency, and scale in the business.
- Proven communication and collaboration skills.
Experience Preferred:
- Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecarding, and other internal measurement tools.
- Functional (Partner, Services, Sales, Marketing) knowledge.
- Experience in Power Apps and Power BI.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required and/or experience in relevant fields e.g., business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance.
