C2C Operations Manager
BTCC tuyển dụng vị trí quản lý vận hành (remote), làm toàn thời gian cho thị trường APJ. Vai trò này giám sát sổ lệnh, đảm bảo thanh khoản, xử lý yêu cầu và tranh chấp người dùng C2C cũng như thực hiện phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh để hỗ trợ chiến lược. Ứng viên được hưởng môi trường quốc tế, cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp ngành tiền mã hóa năng động.
Yêu cầu: Tốt nghiệp đại học, có 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực fintech hoặc vận hành sàn giao dịch tiền mã hóa, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm với C2C. Kỹ năng Excel/Google Sheets tốt, biết SQL càng lợi thế. Bắt buộc sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Trung và có khả năng đọc viết tiếng Anh phục vụ công việc.

Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Depth and Liquidity Management: Daily monitor the order book depth, bid-ask spreads, and trading volume for various fiat currency trading pairs (e.g., USD/USDT, CNY/USDT).
- Daily Operations and User Experience Optimization: Handle user inquiries and dispute arbitrations related to C2C transactions, ensuring disputes are resolved fairly and promptly.
- Risk Control and Compliance Support: Serve as the first line of defense to identify suspicious transactions, money laundering activities, and fraud patterns.
- Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Regularly produce C2C business data reports; use data analysis to identify issues and opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or risk control in cryptocurrency, payment, or fintech companies.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency, familiar with trading models and common risk points.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data processing, basic SQL knowledge preferred.
- Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent cross-departmental communication abilities.
- Language: Fluent in Chinese; good English reading and writing skills may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with mainstream on-chain analysis tools and transaction monitoring systems.
- Practical knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
- Proficiency in additional languages to support regional operations.
- Experience in project management or event planning.
