Chat Sales Specialist
Vị trí này tại Digmarit Ltd cho phép bạn làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, trong một dự án quốc tế phát triển nhanh về digital marketing. Bạn sẽ phụ trách quản lý khách hàng qua chat, tạo lead mới, hỗ trợ phát triển sản phẩm, cập nhật dữ liệu CRM và hợp tác liên phòng ban. Mức lương từ $400 - $600/tháng cùng bonus KPI, làm việc 5 ngày/tuần, ca 13:00–21:00 (giờ Việt Nam), được đào tạo, có cơ hội phát triển lâu dài trong môi trường thân thiện.
Yêu cầu có bằng đại học, kỹ năng viết tiếng Anh xuất sắc, trang bị máy tính cấu hình cao, đường truyền internet ổn định. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm chat sales, CSKH. Công việc phù hợp với người ham học hỏi, sẵn sàng làm việc tại nhà theo ca và khao khát phát triển nghề nghiệp trong lĩnh vực digital marketing.

Description:
We are currently looking for a Chat Sales Specialist based in Vietnam to join a growing international digital project.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent written communication skills and a high literacy rate
- A high-performance computer, as well as a stable Internet connection, is required
- Experience working in chat sales, customer support, lead generation, or any other related field will be a plus
The successful candidate will work remotely. This allows for flexibility and the opportunity to demonstrate skills and capabilities in a remote setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle cold and warm leads via chat, including lead generation and prospecting
- Work with CRM systems to manage and track leads
- Engage and communicate with potential partners through text-based channels
- Support product development for the Vietnam GEO
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation
Benefits:
- Salary: $400 per month during probation, increasing to $600 per month after the probation period + KPI Bonuses
