Content Specialist Intern
Bitget Wallet đang tuyển dụng Thực tập sinh Chuyên viên Nội dung làm việc từ xa cho khu vực APAC với hình thức toàn thời gian hoặc bán thời gian trong 3-6 tháng, có thể gia hạn contract. Ứng viên sẽ xây dựng nội dung giáo dục Web3, biên tập, nội địa hóa tài liệu, phối hợp cùng team thiết kế trên nền tảng Figma và theo dõi hiệu suất nội dung.
Yêu cầu thành thạo tiếng Trung và tiếng Anh, có nền tảng hoặc đam mê về Web3/blockchain, kỹ năng viết và chỉnh sửa xuất sắc, làm việc tốt ở múi giờ GMT+8 và có 0-3 năm kinh nghiệm. Vị trí mở cửa cho sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp và người chuyển ngành, khuyến khích kèm hồ sơ, thư ứng tuyển & portfolio khi ứng tuyển.

We are seeking a motivated Content Specialist Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to our user education and content localisation initiatives for a period of 3 to 6 months (full-time or part-time options available, working remotely) with a possibility of extension.

What you'll do
- User Education: Create engaging educational content to help users understand Web 3 concepts, product features and best practices.
- Content Localisation: Adapt and translate content for different markets, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
- Content Creation: Develop tutorials, guides, FAQs, and other educational materials across various formats.
- Cross-cultural Communication: Bridge communications gaps between different user communities and internal teams.
- Content Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit content to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Design Collaboration: Work with design team using Figma to create visually appealing educational materials.
- Market Research: Stay updated on Web 3 trends and user needs to inform content strategy.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance and user feedback to optimize educational materials.
What you'll need
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Writing Skills: Strong interest in copywriting with excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
- Design Awareness: Basic knowledge of design principles and familiarity with Figma.
- Learning Abilities: Fast learner with curiosity and adaptability to new technologies and concepts.
- Web 3 Interest: Background or genuine interest in Web 3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technologies.
- Experience Level: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates and career changers welcome).
- Availability: Must be able to work in GMT+8 timezone.
