Bạn sẽ hỗ trợ vận hành giao dịch cho người dùng, trả lời thắc mắc, tối ưu quy trình, phối hợp cùng đội sản phẩm, kỹ thuật và tham gia sáng tạo tài liệu hướng dẫn, giúp onboarding người dùng mới. Yêu cầu thành thạo tiếng Trung và Anh, tư duy phân tích và chủ động tối ưu vận hành, ưu tiên biết dùng CRM, công cụ phân tích.

Role Overview:We are seeking a Contract User Operations Specialist to join our Contract Product team. This role will focus on enhancing the end-to-end user experience for contract trading, ensuring users receive timely support, clear guidance, and a smooth operational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily contract trading user operations, ensuring smooth user experience.
- Handle user inquiries, complaints, and escalations related to contract products promptly and professionally.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to identify pain points and optimize operational processes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve platform functionality and user experience.
- Assist in creating and updating user guides, tutorials, and FAQs for contract trading products.
- Support onboarding of new contract users, including account verification and KYC processes.
- Participate in campaigns, events, or initiatives aimed at engaging and educating contract users.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in user operations, contract operations, or related fields in fintech, crypto, or trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of contract trading concepts and user needs in crypto platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and suggest actionable improvements.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with user support tools, CRM platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.
