Copywriter (Italian Market)
Neo Group is seeking a bilingual Content Writer and Editor to join their growing remote team on a flexible work schedule. This is a fully remote opportunity with a focus on creating and editing CRM, SEO, and social media content in both Italian and English. Core responsibilities include ensuring cultural and brand alignment, collaborating with in-house teams, maintaining consistent tone, and managing multiple content projects. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of content writing/editing experience, be a native Italian speaker with fluent English, and possess excellent writing and proofreading skills. Strong interpersonal, time management, and collaboration skills are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Create CRM, SEO, SMM, and other content in Italian and English.
- Review and edit Italian content produced by other authors when needed.
- Suggest improvements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with the overall strategy.
- Ensure cultural relevance and engagement across all Italian content.
- Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across content types.
- Manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing and editing.
- Native Italian speaker with fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of Italian culture and audience preferences.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
