Data Analyst
Innovature BPO, a global outsourcing firm headquartered in Vietnam, is seeking a remote Data Analyst with strong Tableau expertise to join their growing analytics team. This is a full-time, remote or hybrid position (based in Ho Chi Minh City), tailored for professionals working US time zones. The role involves designing insightful Tableau dashboards, conducting advanced analyses using Excel, SQL, and Tableau, collaborating with data engineers on warehouse architecture, and preparing client-facing materials. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science or a related quantitative field, and demonstrate strong experience in data management, analysis, and dashboard development. Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and intermediate-level PowerPoint is essential, while familiarity with Python, C#, VBA, or SSIS is a plus. An understanding of finance/accounting concepts will be advantageous. The ideal candidate is highly organized, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented setting across international stakeholders.
This role requires working US-aligned hours, with two schedule options: a hybrid split between in-office (3PM–6PM) and remote night shifts (9PM–2AM), or a fully remote night shift (9PM–6AM). WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Design, create, and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Conduct and create data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Work closely with data engineers to design data models, maintain and validate data in the data warehouse
- Conduct ad hoc industry research
- Create and update slides used in client meetings, business reviews, etc.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other quantitative major. An understanding of basic accounting/finance is a plus
- Significant data management and analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of Tableau and able to develop insightful dashboards and reports that drive business decision making and outcomes
- Intermediate to advanced Database and Transact SQL skills
- Intermediate PowerPoint
- Experience in Python, C#, VBA, and SSIS packages is a plus
- Understand data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques

WORK LOCATION:
Remote / Hybrid at 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC.
WORKING HOURS:
This position requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to the US time zone.
Option 1: 3PM – 6PM (at the office) and 9PM – 2AM (Night time) (at home)
Option 2: 9PM – 6AM (Night shift)
