Data Analyst
Second Talent, a Singapore-headquartered leader in cross-border recruitment and HR solutions, is seeking a Data Analyst with experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to join its team on a fully remote basis from Vietnam. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to support global marketing and sales teams by transforming data into business insights through BI tools. As part of the analytics team, you’ll develop actionable dashboards using platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, model data from AEP, and provide recommendations to drive decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, helping to optimize marketing performance, understand customer behavior, and maintain data quality.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years (Analyst) or 4+ years (Senior Analyst) experience in data analysis or BI, with hands-on skills in SQL, Python, or R. Proficiency in at least one business intelligence platform is essential, along with a strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing. Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform is a strong plus, including knowledge of schemas, datasets, and the query service. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Position Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and technically skilled Data Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in transforming raw data from our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) into actionable business insights. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust dashboards in BI tools like Tableau or Looker, providing critical visibility into our marketing campaigns, sales performance, and customer behavior. The ideal candidate is passionate about data storytelling and has a strong background in data modeling and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
BI & Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive and user-friendly dashboards in our primary BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and sales data.
Data Integration & Modeling: Connect to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as a primary data source, extract relevant datasets, and model the data to make it suitable for visualization and analysis.
Data Querying & Analysis: Utilize your data analysis skills to explore, extract, and manipulate data from AEP's data lake and other sources to answer key business questions.
Insight Generation: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Translate your findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
Data Governance & Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within the BI environment. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues and maintain data pipelines feeding into dashboards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver insightful reporting solutions that drive decision-making.

Technical Skills
Data Analysis & Programming: Experienced in data analysis using programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
BI Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with a major BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. This includes building dashboards from scratch, creating calculated fields, and managing data sources.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Direct experience or strong familiarity with AEP's data architecture is a significant advantage. Understanding how data is structured in AEP (schemas, datasets, query service) is highly desirable.
Data Modeling: A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience in building and maintaining data models for analytical purposes.
Experience & Other Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience for an Analyst role; 4+ years for a Senior Analyst role in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field.
Analytical Mindset: A sharp, analytical mind with the ability to break down complex problems and communicate data-driven insights effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Business Acumen: Experience analyzing marketing campaign data (e.g., attribution, ROI, segmentation) and sales data (e.g., funnel analysis, performance tracking) is a major plus.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
