About Us:

At our core, we are a digital health startup with a bold vision: we believe in a future where healthcare is personalised, accessible, and affordable for everyone. Over the past four years, we’ve built a telehealth platform that has transformed healthcare in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan. But this is just the beginning.
We are looking for someone who shares our vision and is ready to join us on this journey towards reshaping healthcare in Asia. If you’re ready to do something truly impactful, this is the opportunity to create a legacy that will define the next generation of healthcare.

About the Role:

As a Data Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of our data infrastructure overhaul, focusing on creating a reliable, scalable, and efficient data ecosystem. You’ll address tracking issues, implement robust data governance, and ensure seamless data flows between our Customer Data Platform (Segment), BigQuery, and downstream tools.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset to work closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a job—it’s a mission. While there may be trade-offs in compensation, what we offer is the chance to be part of something transformative. You’ll have ownership over impactful projects and the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to changing lives through technology and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and resolve tracking inconsistencies, including issues with funnel analysis and data gaps.
  • Audit the integration and configuration of Segment and BigQuery, ensuring accurate and complete data collection.
  • Conduct a root cause analysis of past tracking issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Build, optimise, and document ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and reliable data flows.

Who You Are:

Strong expertise in data engineering, with a focus on BigQuery and Segment.
Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and ETL pipeline development.
Knowledge of event tracking best practices, including debugging and optimisation for marketing funnels.
Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as dbt or Apache Airflow.
Strong understanding of data governance and quality assurance practices.

What We Offer:

  • The chance to work on meaningful projects that have the potential to transform healthcare in Asia.
  • A collaborative and innovative team culture where your contributions truly matter.

Why Join Us:

  • Impact: Be part of something truly transformative—help lead the shift towards personalised healthcare in Asia.
  • Ownership: Full responsibility over the engineering function and the freedom to shape technical direction.
  • Equity: Share in the long-term success of the company.
  • Flexibility: Work remotely, with occasional travel across Asia to collaborate with the team.
  • Mission-Driven: Join a team that’s passionate, focused, and committed to making a real difference in healthcare.
