Yêu cầu ứng viên trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển đa nền tảng, thành thạo Angular, React, Spring Boot, Java, PHP, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, và giao tiếp tiếng Anh xuất sắc. Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm về CI/CD, microservices, tích hợp hệ thống frontend/backend và đã từng làm việc với CMS mở.

Position Summary
We are seeking Developers to enhance every product line rapidly and to support our growth plans. As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate with developers and product experts to deliver exceptional results within tight deadlines. Ideal candidates are self-directed developers who excel in analytical thinking and effective communication.
Job Functions, Essential Duties, And Responsibilities
Frontend
Responsibilities include determining optimal front-end development strategies, transforming interface designs into functional components, and developing shared design elements for Colonial’s digital product range.
Backend
Tasks involve application development, maintenance, and analysis, adhering to stringent quality processes and delivering top-notch results.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of diverse development experience, proficiency in the SDLC, and familiarity with both client-side and server-side software integration. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-oriented skills are essential.
Frontend Requirements
- Experience with preprocessor tools (gulp, grunt)
- 2+ years in front-end web development, focusing on mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with Angular and other modern frameworks (React, React Native)
- Familiarity with open-source CMS (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
Backend Requirements
- Experience with Microservices and Spring Boot
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Java, PHP, Ruby)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and relational databases
- Experience with data pipeline and ML/AI is a plus
