The role follows standard office hours from Monday to Saturday with 4 Sundays off per month. Candidates are expected to be responsive during working hours via chat. Job Description

  • Manage high-performing campaign channels; able to plan, set up, and optimize ads across all platforms.
  • Monitor and prioritize campaign performance to meet set goals.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of all performance advertising activities (mobile app and website) through display networks, affiliate marketing, media channels, etc.
  • Manage and execute both performance and branding campaigns across platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Ad Networks, CPD, Social Media, TVC, OOH, etc.
  • Work within the allocated budget to achieve committed KPIs, maintaining CAC at an optimal level.
  • Manage relationships and communication with multiple vendors and third parties to meet KPI targets.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating against ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and campaign efficiency based on data.
  • Analyze and evaluate user acquisition results from multiple channels.
  • Monitor anti-fraud reports in advertising campaigns and collaborate with third parties to supervise and minimize fraud in digital marketing.
  • Plan and run small-scale A/B testing campaigns to optimize ad performance.
  • Propose new digital channels with strong potential for effective user acquisition.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in Digital Performance; extensive experience running performance campaigns in industries such as e-commerce, cryptocurrency, online travel, mobile gaming, etc.
  • Proficient in Digital Ad platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and other display networks.
  • Experienced in managing conversion-driven ad campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of in-app advertising, App Store Optimization (ASO), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Experienced in measurement and optimization with third-party integrations (for mobile apps and websites) such as Google, Facebook, Sizmek, Appsflyer.
  • Creative and skilled in identifying target audiences and designing engaging digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer).
  • Basic knowledge of mobile app fraud methods and fraud monitoring tools (e.g., Appsflyer Protect 360).
  • Basic understanding of setting up and optimizing goals and events using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
  • Proficient in tools such as Similarweb, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Up to date with the latest online marketing and measurement trends and best practices.
  • Ability to create meaningful reports using tools like Google Data Studio and Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience in negotiating and handling advertising purchases with third parties is an advantage.
  • Basic English communication skills or above.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
