Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo số, phát triển nội dung phù hợp với khách hàng Mỹ, phối hợp với đội sales để chốt lead, đồng thời kiểm soát hiệu quả và ROI của chiến dịch.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 2-4 năm kinh nghiệm marketing số thị trường Mỹ, thành thạo Google Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce/HubSpot và có khả năng viết nội dung chuyên biệt. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng hoạt động trong ngành y tế, B2B hoặc có kỹ năng biên tập thiết kế cơ bản.

Description: POSITION: Digital Marketing Specialist (Full Time)
Award-winning medical device startup GyroGear (GyroGear.co) has an opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a primary focus on driving sales growth in the United States. We are developing intelligent wearable devices that stabilize hand tremors for over 200 million people worldwide.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own and execute demand generation campaigns aimed at US healthcare providers, distributors, and consumer audiences. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and directly support revenue. You will serve as the bridge between global marketing strategy and US sales outcomes, ensuring that every campaign ties back to measurable results.
Key markets: United States (primary), followed by North East Asia and the EU.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing digital campaigns designed to generate US-based sales qualified leads (SQLs).
- Creating and localizing marketing content tailored to US healthcare and consumer markets.
- Managing paid ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and email campaigns with a US audience focus.
- Working closely with US sales representatives to align lead scoring, qualification, and follow up.
- Tracking campaign performance from lead to opportunity in CRM systems.
- Producing marketing collateral such as case studies, one-pagers, and email sequences for US prospects.
- Continuously testing channels and messages to improve conversion in the US market.
Success Metrics
- Generate a steady flow of high-quality US-based sales qualified leads (SQLs).
- Contribute directly to at least 25 percent of closed US sales within the first year.
- Deliver 40 percent growth in qualified US pipeline in 3 months.
- Achieve ROI of 3 to 4 times on US-focused campaign spend.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of digital marketing or demand generation experience with US markets.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable sales outcomes (SQLs, pipeline, closed deals).
- Proficiency with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, and email automation targeting US audiences.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong writing skills for content and campaigns tailored to US buyers.
- Data-driven approach with a proven ability to optimize campaigns for revenue impact.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience marketing to US healthcare, medtech, or B2B sectors.
- Familiarity with US sales practices, lead qualification models, and buyer personas.
- Ability to produce sales enablement materials that support US sales conversations.
- Basic design or video editing skills for US market collateral.
