Công ty Deeeplabs tuyển dụng vị trí Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng full-time. Bạn sẽ thiết kế, phát triển hệ thống Dynamics 365 (CE & FO), thực hiện tích hợp, bảo trì giải pháp Power Platform và hỗ trợ sau triển khai. Mức lương cạnh tranh, làm việc trong môi trường sáng tạo, phát triển kỹ năng chuyên sâu.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm Dynamics 365, thành thạo Power Apps, Power Automate, hiểu kiến thức tích hợp REST/SOAP và dịch vụ Azure. Ứng viên cần có bằng CNTT hoặc ngành liên quan, ưu tiên người có chứng chỉ Microsoft hoặc kinh nghiệm tích hợp hệ thống lớn.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FO). This role focuses on hands-on development, system integration, and post-deployment optimisation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce technical specifications, solution architecture, and system blueprints for Dynamics 365 implementations
- Configure and develop custom entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and security models within Dynamics 365 CE
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations (FO)
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware where applicable
- Support system testing, UAT coordination, deployment, and release management activities
- Provide post-implementation technical support, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE customisation and configuration
- Proven experience with Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 extensibility (plugins, workflows, security model)
- Experience in system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with Azure services, particularly: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO)
- Experience integrating D365 with external enterprise systems (ERP, portals, third-party platforms)
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure
