Ứng viên cần có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm về bản địa hóa, thương mại điện tử (ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm Shopify), kỹ năng quản lý dự án tốt, tư duy chiến lược cũng như am hiểu thị trường khu vực và khả năng phối hợp nhiều phòng ban.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Manager to help us grow our presence across diverse markets while ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for our customers.
In this remote support role, you'll lead both localization and Shopify-based e-commerce initiatives—bringing marketing campaigns to life across regions and ensuring our digital storefronts are optimized, updated, and on-brand.
What You’ll Do
- Lead localization efforts across marketing content, product pages, email campaigns, and more to ensure cultural relevance and consistency in all local markets
- Manage and coordinate workflows between internal teams, freelancers, and vendors—including translators, voiceover artists, and graphic designers
- Develop localized social media strategies tailored to specific regions, and oversee their execution to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across digital platforms including websites, blogs, and social channels
- Support e-commerce operations by maintaining and optimizing product listings, launching new stores/categories, and ensuring seamless online shopping experiences
- Implement SEO best practices and update content for discoverability and performance
- Maintain a cohesive content calendar and support campaign rollouts across channels and markets
- Recruit, train, and manage freelance and in-house localization talent to uphold quality and brand voice
- Monitor budgets and create reports to track localization and content-related expenses
- Analyze data and platform performance, using insights to optimize content strategy and execution
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and community guidelines on social platforms
- Take initiative on brand-specific projects and contribute to cross-functional collaboration
- Tackle ad hoc tasks with flexibility and a problem-solving mindset
Who You Are
A strategic thinker with 5+ years hands-on experience in localization and e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience a big plus)
Strong understanding of regional marketing nuances and consumer behavior
A great communicator with excellent project management and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple timelines and stakeholders
