This role will focus on gathering, analyzing, and simplifying legal and regulatory information to help individuals and entrepreneurs understand how to start, manage, and maintain a Limited Liability Company (LLC). You will ensure our content is accurate, accessible, and actionable for readers at different stages of starting their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Research federal, state, and local requirements related to LLC formation, registration, and compliance.
- Break down complex legal and regulatory processes into clear, practical guidance for entrepreneurs.
- Monitor changes in business laws, filing fees, and compliance regulations to keep content up to date.
- Support writers, editors, and strategists by providing accurate research materials, references, and fact-checking.
- Develop structured research reports, step-by-step guides, and FAQs to enhance content depth.
- Collaborate with legal experts, business consultants, and editorial teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Train and mentor junior researchers in best practices for legal and business content research.
