Finance Manager (BPO company, English fluency)
Vị trí quản lý tài chính tại iTechwx (Hồ Chí Minh, làm việc toàn thời gian), chịu trách nhiệm phát triển, kiểm soát ngân sách, quản lý báo cáo tài chính, tối ưu chi phí và đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định kế toán tại nhiều văn phòng/quy mô lớn. Ứng viên sẽ lãnh đạo nhóm tài chính, phối hợp phòng kế toán và cố vấn chiến lược cho Ban lãnh đạo. Mức lương cạnh tranh, hưởng 100% lương thử việc, 20 ngày nghỉ phép mỗi năm, bảo hiểm xã hội 90%, nhiều hoạt động gắn kết và kiểm tra sức khỏe định kỳ.
Yêu cầu: Tốt nghiệp đại học Tài chính, Kế toán hoặc Quản trị kinh doanh, có trên 4 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý tài chính ở FDI hoặc doanh nghiệp đa quốc gia, am hiểu chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam, kỹ năng lãnh đạo - phân tích tốt, giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo. Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ CPA/ACCA, kinh nghiệm vận hành tài chính đa chi nhánh và sử dụng công cụ SAP, Oracle.

Job Description: Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of iTechwx, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and budget management across multiple offices and business units. You will work closely with the accounting team to manage cash flow, monitor expenditure and advise the Leadership team on financial performance and investment decisions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing finance operations for large-scale, fast-growing FDI companies and can provide strategic insights that support sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
- Track and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Provide regular financial reports and insights in management for strategic decision-making.
- Review and monitor company spending to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.
- Cash Flow & Budget Control
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring liquidity and responsible financial allocation across departments.
- Work with the accounting team to ensure timely payments, accurate tracking, and efficient fund usage.
- Implement controls to prevent budget overruns and maintain transparency in financial operations.
- Financial Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all financial activities comply with Vietnamese accounting standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Strengthen internal financial processes and risk management systems.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with the accounting team to align reporting processes, system improvements, and audit preparation.
- Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting members, enhancing their professional capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Operations, Admin) to integrate financial goals into business decisions.
- Strategic Advisory
- Serve as a key financial advisor to the Leadership team, providing insights into business expansion, investment, and cost optimization.
- Develop financial strategies that align with the company’s growth and operational roadmap.
- Drive digitalization or automation initiatives to improve finance operations efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 4–5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in FDI or multinational companies.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance principles.
- Hands-on experience working with accounting teams and managing financial reporting cycles.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Big Corporations or multinational technology/service companies.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and present clear financial insights.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
