Finance Operation Generalist
Bạn sẽ làm việc tại Sky Mavis, công ty công nghệ blockchain tại Việt Nam theo hình thức toàn thời gian và làm việc tại văn phòng. Vai trò tập trung vào quản lý công cụ mua sắm, xác thực, xử lý thanh toán, kiểm tra báo cáo chi phí và đối chiếu các tài khoản ngân hàng. Cơ hội làm việc với hệ thống kế toán quốc tế như NetSuite trong lĩnh vực blockchain, cùng đãi ngộ hấp dẫn.
Ứng viên cần có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán công nợ, ưu tiên từng làm việc trong ngành crypto/blockchain, tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành tài chính/kế toán, cẩn thận, biết sử dụng các phần mềm kế toán hiện đại. Kỹ năng toán, nghiên cứu tốt và khả năng tổ chức là tiêu chí bắt buộc.

What You’ll Do
Maintain and manage the procurement tool and upgrade along the way.
Verify and process payment requests from various departments and ensure coding to the correct GL account. Follow up with the payment request initiator on the payment/invoice issue clearly and efficiently.
Verify employee expense reports within the company's system and initiate transactions for payments. Follow up with employees on the pending expense report issue.
Ensure invoices posted are aligned with the accounting SOPs: Approved Purchase Requests, goods/services received, Approved Payment Requests, etc.
Prepare the intercompany loan/AP transactions with other entities within the group.
Prepare aging report, reconciliation Bank, cash & Payable Account.
Update bank account/crypto movement and balance weekly or bi-weekly.
Process payment posting to Quickbook/NetSuite system.
Control the amount in bank and deal with FX for selling foreign currency when shortage, if any.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
What We Look For
MUST have at least 2-year payables process and accounting experience, ideally in the crypto industry.
Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong math and research skills.
Organised and detail-oriented.
Can do attitude.
