F&L Corp. operates the convenient health food brand FULL LIGHT and the skincare brand RE:DENCE, and are now beginning to expand beyond Korea into the global market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a part of FNLcorp's USA marketing team, You will be responsible for operating influencer marketing campaigns for the company's two brands: Flimeal & Redence

• Influencer Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Identify, outreach, and coordinate with nano/micro/macro creators who fit each brand and campaign
  • Manage end-to-end content operations including product shipping, guideline sharing, timeline coordination, and upload tracking
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce clear weekly/monthly reports
  • Research competitor campaigns and emerging content trends on TikTok

• TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaign Execution

  • Operate US TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns, including creator content uploads and scheduling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate creators and support their ongoing participation
  • Suggest new content formats and ideas to improve GMV and overall campaign efficiency
  • Help develop and refine content guidelines that align with TikTok trends and platform best practices
  • Actively engage with brand-tagged posts and manage creator communications through DMs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of work experience in influencer marketing or TikTok Shop-related work
• Language proficiency to communicate via English or Korean chat (AI tools permitted)
• High level of understanding or hands-on experience with KOC booking processes
• High level of understanding or hands-on experience with TikTok affiliate structures, commissions, and campaigns
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Korean or English speaking proficiency
• Work experience in beauty/skincare/lifestyle brands
• Ability to produce short-form content from A to Z using CapCut
• Understanding of TikTok content and platform trends
• Experience managing paid influencer collaborations (branded/sponsored campaigns)

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
