CipherBC, a leading digital asset infrastructure provider in the financial services sector, is hiring a seasoned professional for a remote position based in the APAC region. This is a full-time role responsible for leading the architectural design and development of cross-platform frontend systems across web and mobile platforms. The role involves toolkit and framework development, system optimization, and setting engineering best practices. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping frontend technology direction within a secure, crypto-centric ecosystem. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of frontend development experience and a strong grasp of Flutter, React Native, or hybrid frameworks. Proficiency in native iOS and Android architectures, as well as advanced skills in Node.js and Babel, are essential. A solid understanding of architectural scalability, performance tuning, and low-level code structure is required. Strong written and verbal English communication is valued, while Mandarin fluency is mandatory. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, and a product-oriented mindset with strategic thinking will be key for success.
As a senior technical leader, you'll also contribute to enhancing engineering maturity across the organization by maintaining development environments and defining standards. This role offers the opportunity to work with a pioneering team backed by CipherBC’s R&D center in Australia and shape the frontend foundations of next-generation crypto-financial products.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of frontend development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong capability in cross-platform frontend development and architectural design (RN, Flutter, Hybrid, etc.); able to independently deliver Web (PC + Mobile) solutions
- Hands-on experience with Android/iOS native development architecture and successful app releases across multiple platforms
- Proficient in Flutter with solid understanding of its principles; has researched core module source code and analyzed framework limitations
- Expert in Babel, Node.js, and preferably experienced in developing tools/plugins
- Strong skills in low-level optimization and architectural design
- Deep thinking and long-term vision in frontend product, technology, and engineering; clear and mature understanding of frontend architecture evolution
- Product-oriented mindset; able to reserve architectural capacity for future product directions, clearly model features from an architectural perspective, and ensure smooth product iterations
- Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) preferred
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities; rigorous, reliable, high quality-conscious, and resilient under pressure
