Full Stack Engineer
Axtra Labs, a cutting-edge technology firm specializing in AI, ML, Data Engineering, and DevOps, is seeking a remote Full Stack Engineer based in Vietnam to join their integrations team. This is a full-time role focused on designing, building, and maintaining system connectors for platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, and Slack. Engineers will collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and Customer Success to deliver impactful integration solutions. Responsibilities will include developing public APIs and SDKs, as well as ensuring end-to-end integration quality, observability, and performance. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects that support mission-critical infrastructure in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
Candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL. Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT is required, with hands-on experience integrating with major platforms like Microsoft Graph or Google Workspace. Familiarity with event-driven architectures (e.g., SQS, Kafka), AWS services including Lambda, ECS, and API Gateway, and working knowledge of data privacy/compliance such as SOC 2 or GDPR are essential. Candidates must be proficient in English and comfortable with modern DevOps and testing tools like GitHub Actions.

About the Role
As a Full-Stack Developer focused on integrations, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain connectors for major platforms including Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
- Build and consume REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event streams to enable real-time communication between systems
- Develop public-facing APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and reference applications in TypeScript/Node.js
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Customer Success to prioritize roadmaps and resolve real-world integration issues
- Own end-to-end integration quality including observability, latency tracking, retry logic, API rate management, and deployment
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications in production environments
- Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Strong experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT flows
- Hands-on experience integrating at least two platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Atlassian, or Slack
- Familiar with event-driven architectures using SQS, Kafka, or EventBridge
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, and Secrets Manager
- Strong understanding of IAM, data privacy, and compliance principles (SOC 2, GDPR)
- Comfortable working with GitHub Actions, testing frameworks, and API contract testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (a must)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating AppExchange or AppSource-ready packages
- Prior contribution to developer portals, SDKs, or documentation tools
- Exposure to regulated enterprise environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, government)
