Full Stack Engineer
Now Hiring: Python & React Full-Stack Developer (Vietnam-Based, English-Speaking)
We’re a fast-growing digital agency and SaaS venture studio seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer based in Vietnam with strong English communication skills.
You’ll be working on cutting-edge web apps and platforms for clients and in-house products. This is a long-term, project-based opportunity with room to grow into a leadership or product ownership role.
Key Technologies You’ll Work With
You should be confident working with most of the following:
Frontend: React.js (with Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, shadcn/ui), HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
Backend: Python (Flask, FastAPI preferred), REST API development and integration, SQLite and PostgreSQL
AI & NLP: OpenAI API (GPT-4/ChatGPT integrations), Whisper for audio transcription, Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK)
General Tooling: Firebase (for storage and auth when needed), Stripe (for payment integration), JSON data management, Audio file processing (e.g., .mp3/.wav segmentation)
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Based in Vietnam or willing to work on Vietnam timezone
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web development
- Portfolio or code samples available
- Familiar with startup speed and flexibility
- Bonus: Experience with LMS platforms, SEO, or e-commerce integrations
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain modular web applications
- Debug and optimize workflows
- Implement AI-powered features (chat, scoring, enrichment engines)
- Work directly with the founder and product lead
- Deploy functional apps quickly and reliably
