Full Stack Engineer (Hands-on Git)

Bạn sẽ tham gia xây dựng nền tảng thị trường dựa trên blockchain, đảm nhận phát triển tính năng mẫu, giám sát hệ thống (Grafana), xử lý sự cố và tối ưu vận hành. Công việc linh hoạt, không áp lực công việc phụ và yêu cầu gắn bó ổn định lâu dài.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình chuyên nghiệp, thành thạo TypeScript và các framework hiện đại (React, NextJS, Zustand, Context API). Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, PostgreSQL. Kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt, có khả năng trình bày logic mã và thuật toán.

Responsibilities
The current team’s goal is to find product-market fit for the belief market. At a high level, your responsibilities will include prototyping proof-of-concept features and troubleshooting urgent failures. You will prototype proof-of-concept features, as well as collect feedback for future production features. Their stack is TypeScript (with a strict type-checking culture) deployed as AWS services. You’ll also own observability (monitoring metrics and alerts in Grafana), troubleshooting incidents, and implementing preventive measures to maintain high availability.
Ideal Candidate
This is a fully remote role; however, we require candidates who work from a stable, permanent location and are NOT engaged in digital nomad lifestyles, frequent travel, or additional side gigs.
Language Skills
Proficient in English for effective communication, both verbally and in writing. Ability to clearly explain algorithms, code logic, and thought processes verbally and in written format.
Work Approach
Capable of balancing quick proof-of-concept work with structured refactoring for long-term sustainability and reduced technical debt.
Technical Expertise
- 5+ years of experience as a professional developer.
- Proficient in Typescript. Familiarity with linting and type-checking tools.
- Proficient in modern frontend frameworks (e.g, React, NextJS) and state management (e.g Zustand, Context API).
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Docker.
- CI/CD Tools: GitHub Actions, linter setup.
- Familiarity with Cloud providers like AWS.
- Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design and optimizing query performance for scalability.
- Experience in system monitoring, emergent bug fixing, and implementing solutions to prevent future failure.
- Nice to have experience with Viem or Ethers, some experience interacting with Ethereum development tools like Foundry or Hardhat.
