ANT-TECH ASIA tuyển dụng lập trình viên full stack làm việc remote tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng toàn thời gian lương cạnh tranh. Vai trò chịu trách nhiệm phát triển, duy trì web-app sử dụng ReactJS, NextJS, Headless WordPress, PHP; chủ động triển khai giải pháp AWS, review code, dẫn dắt đội nhóm, phối hợp thiết kế/sản phẩm; tận hưởng môi trường flat, cởi mở, review định kỳ, 21 ngày nghỉ/năm, lương tháng 13.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình web, thành thạo ReactJS, NextJS, PHP, WordPress, kinh nghiệm sử dụng AWS, TypeScript, tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, tư duy chủ động. Ưu tiên ứng viên biết Docker, Kubernetes, đã làm tư vấn, biết monitoring. Địa điểm: Việt Nam.

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team at ANT-TECH ASIA. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives and shape product architecture for growth. Responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and Headless WordPress.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in PHP for backend and WordPress customizations.
- Architecting and deploying solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Leading technical discussions, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
- Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensuring performance optimization, security, and best practices across applications.
- Proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and proposing effective solutions.
Requirements
The Senior Full-stack Developer will report directly to the Line Manager and should possess the following attributes:
- 5+ years of professional development experience in modern web technologies.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and NextJS.
- Experience with Headless WordPress development and integration.
- Solid knowledge of PHP and WordPress customization.
- Good experience with TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic).
- Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
