Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI-Driven Development – Claude Code)
Vị trí kỹ sư phần mềm full-stack tại Metadata Solutions tại Việt Nam, làm việc từ xa, với mức lương lên đến 4,000 USD/tháng. Ứng viên sẽ phát triển ứng dụng theo hướng AI-driven, sử dụng Claude Code hàng ngày, xây dựng hệ thống backend, frontend hiện đại và đảm bảo chất lượng mã nguồn. Đây là môi trường năng động, có lộ trình phát triển rõ ràng lên lãnh đạo dự án hoặc Delivery Leadership.
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm trên 5 năm, thực tế áp dụng Claude Code, hiểu sâu về kiến trúc sạch, làm việc với TypeScript/Java, có kinh nghiệm với các framework như React, Next.js, Vue là điểm cộng. Cơ hội tiếp xúc trực tiếp với ban lãnh đạo tại Berlin và tăng trưởng cùng công ty giai đoạn đầu.

AI-Assisted Development
- Use Claude Code daily as part of your engineering workflow
- Break down complex engineering problems into structured prompts
- Guide AI-generated implementations through iterative prompting
- Design context, constraints, and verification loops to ensure reliable outputs
- Review and refine AI-generated code to ensure production quality
Full-Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
- Build and integrate backend services and APIs
- Implement modern frontend interfaces
- Ensure clean architecture, maintainable code, and scalable systems
Code Quality & Engineering Practices
- Maintain high standards for:
- code readability
- architecture consistency
- long-term maintainability
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality in AI-assisted outputs
- Identify where AI can accelerate development and where human engineering judgment is required
Collaboration
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams
- Clearly explain your AI-assisted development workflow, trade-offs, and quality control processes
- Contribute to improving engineering productivity through AI-enabled workflows
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven daily use of Claude Code in real development projects
- Experience shipping real product features using Cursor
- Strong understanding of clean architecture and software design principles
- Experience building systems with TypeScript or Java
- Ability to critically review and improve AI-generated code
- Strong problem-solving skills and engineering mindset
Nice To Have
- Experience with AI-assisted software development workflows
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js / Vue)
- Experience designing scalable backend systems
- Experience working in international or remote teams
