What We Need
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help grow and elevate our brand across the world. This person will have an exceptional design style, and use their background, skills and industry knowledge to help scale and expand our marketing reach.
To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of the plethora of audiences and platforms we’re exposed to, and a strong understanding of the web2/web3 space.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the event and partnerships teams in creating and moodboarding design assets for clients which include but are not limited to: concept and key art for event brands and titles.
- Work closely with the marketing and partnerships teams in creating sales aides, presentation decks, branding assets and guidelines, email/blog content, and social media graphics
- Coordinate with the product and tech team in designing landing pages, infographics, and one sheets for the website and product announcements.
- Responsible for occasional print work (shirt designs, in-person banners, etc.)
- Creating blog content design and responsibility of ad hoc design requests
Qualifications:
- Experience in some type of digital marketing with a focus in gaming/web3.
- Passion for esports, gaming and web3.
- Minimum 3 years experience in graphic design.
- Portfolio that demonstrates contemporary clean design principles.
- Proficient at following brand guidelines and direction.
- Ability to take initiative and work with a sense of urgency.
- Must be Deadline-Driven.
- Knowledge of Programs: Adobe CS: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Canva, Microsoft PP, Google Slides, any type of motion graphics, video editing programs.
Preferred:
- Ability to think creatively within brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with other designers, illustrators and motion graphic designers/animators.
- Flexible, positive demeanor.
- Design and portfolio must reflect the style present within the esports and web3 space.
