Key Responsibilities
- Lead Brand Strategy & Workshops: Develop and facilitate brand strategy workshops, crafting clear brand positioning and messaging tailored for B2B professional audiences.
- Creative Design & Content Production: Create high-quality branding assets, including graphics, presentations, social media visuals, and marketing collateral using tools like Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, and AI design platforms.
- Video Production Support: Produce and edit basic marketing videos, supporting campaign and content marketing efforts with compelling visuals and storytelling.
- B2B Content Marketing Execution: Develop professional, engaging content for international B2B clients across industries, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with account teams and clients to ensure deliverables meet expectations and timelines, contributing ideas for campaign innovation and creative improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced Designer & Content Marketer: At least 2-3 years working in B2B branding, marketing, or agency roles with a strong portfolio.
Skilled in Branding Strategy: Ability to develop brand workshops, positioning statements, and consistent visual identities.
Graphic Design Proficiency: Expert in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), AI design tools, and Envato resources.
Basic Video Production: Able to shoot, edit, and produce simple marketing videos.
B2B Marketing Knowledge: Familiar with professional service marketing and international business audiences.
Self-Motivated & Creative: Strong problem solver, able to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
