Health & Medical Ai Tech, Edu Training Assoc - Project Manager - Remote Contract
Precision Health Alliance (PHA) is seeking a highly autonomous, senior-level professional to oversee end-to-end project management for its global health and education initiatives. This is a remote contractor position (preferably based in the Philippines, Southeast Asia, or Eastern Europe), responsible for driving operations across courses, events, memberships, and community programs. The role offers a monthly base fee of USD $1,200–$2,000 plus performance incentives, with compensation paid via direct bank transfer.
Applicants must have 5+ years’ experience in project, program, or operations management, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and a track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and the ability to work independently are essential. Familiarity with AI, health, education, or certification programs, and supporting executive communications are advantageous.

What You’ll Do- Take full ownership of all projects across the company, end-to-end
- Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every initiative
- Run the annual promotions and events calendar
- Manage courses, programs, memberships, workshops, clinics, and community initiatives
- Oversee pre-event, live event, and post-event execution
- Manage Google Calendars for leadership and community
- Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate presenters, researchers, and stakeholders
- Support executive leadership with approvals and shareholder communications
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project / Program / Operations Manager
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Highly autonomous, reliable, and execution-focused
- Experience in health, education, or certification programs
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and marketing workflows
- Experience supporting executive or shareholder communications
- Base fee: USD $1,200–$2,000 per month (depending on experience)
