JOB DESCRIPTION

This role involves executing global influencer marketing operations for HETRAS, the brand under SsukSsuk Company.

You will participate in operational tasks to run free-gifting and paid seeding campaigns, from discovering the right creators to ensuring content goes live, working closely with a dedicated North America business team.

• Research and build targeted influencer lists aligned with brand campaigns, and manage outreach via email
  • KPI: Send 100+ outreach emails per day, Achieve 110+ influencer content uploads per month
• Source and secure a budget range from mid-tier and above influencers for paid seeding campaigns
• Handle internal process & documentation related to influencer collaboration
• Monitor & Follow-up delivery & influencer content uploads against campaign timelines
• Execute other tasks related to influencer campaign

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No prior work experience required
• English communication and writing skills to interact with global team members and North American influencers via text/chat (using AI tools to support is allowed)
• Genuine interest in social media content, particularly on TikTok and Instagram
• Strong understanding of and passion for lifestyle and beauty brands such as Hetras
• Comfortable working with data using Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing processes and workflows
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Previous experience in influencer seeding or similar influencer marketing roles
• Background in the beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG industry
• Ability to read and write Korean (speaking ability is a plus)

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

  • Fresher : Gross 8 M ~ 10 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account

• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
