Vị trí này tại Edge8 làm việc remote tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Công việc tập trung cấu hình, tối ưu hóa hệ thống HubSpot CRM cho tự động hóa bán hàng, xây dựng workflow, kiểm soát dữ liệu và hỗ trợ sử dụng tốt nhất cho đội nhóm. Mức lương hấp dẫn, nhận đủ trong thời gian thử việc, cùng các phúc lợi như bảo hiểm, trợ cấp làm việc từ xa và ngày nghỉ phép năm.
Ứng viên cần có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm HubSpot hoặc Salesforce, thành thạo thiết kế automation, dashboard, giao tiếp tiếng Anh lưu loát và có khả năng làm việc độc lập với các nhóm quốc tế. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm triển khai, quản trị hệ thống CRM. Chỉ dành cho ứng viên quốc tịch Việt Nam.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM for lead generation, sales automation, and reporting
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines for an efficient customer journey
- Monitor CRM data for accuracy and extract insights to improve processes
- Support leaders and the regional team with CRM best practices and usage training
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align CRM and outreach strategy
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM or Salesforce, particularly in workflow automation, deal pipeline configuration, and reporting dashboard creation
- Candidates with Salesforce experience should have a strong interest in learning and transitioning to HubSpot
- Solid analytical skills with a focus on identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Experience in CRM implementation or system admin-level work is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with stakeholders across multiple time zones
- This position is open to Vietnamese applicants and is not available to foreign nationals
