Job Description
Japanese - Vietnamese translator (and vice versa). Receive and manage documents and client requests, accurately and fully convey the client's requirements to the programming engineers and vice versa. Manage and report project progress to clients. Participate in regular meetings with clients, and team meetings to report and discuss work. Create documentation, diagrams, or videos to explain features to clients. Analyze and translate specifications, test cases, designs, Q&A documents, and related materials to clarify client requirements. Support the Project Manager in managing progress, task management, and other team-related work. Create quotes based on the actual time taken to perform tasks for clients.
Requirements
Japanese N1 level proficiency 1 year of experience in IT Comtor is advantageous Capable of analyzing specifications and clearly conveying the spec content to the development team; preference for those who can write basic specs based on client requirements. Able to create feature explanation documents using diagrams or images for clients. Able to read and understand test cases and some technical documentation in English. Must commit 100% to the company's work upon acceptance of the job offer. (No concurrent jobs allowed). Preference for candidates with a foundational knowledge of IT and commonly used IT terminologies. Preference for candidates who are eager to learn, research, and propose ideas to the team and clients. Preference for candidates who can start work soon, are willing to work overtime, and can support the Project Manager's tasks. Open for candidates with N2 but required 2-3 years of experience.
