JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for Shopee marketing in Vietnam and Global KOL/KOC bookings.

• Operating Shopee Vietnam Store

  • Store: https://shopee.vn/lamuseskin
  • Planning and executing promotions to increase sales
  • Performing operational tasks such as product registration, promotion setup, and ad management
  • Contributing to marketing plans through market research and competitor brand analysis

• Booking Global KOCs

  • Scoute global KOCs for markets like Vietnam and the US
  • Propose collaborations with brands and secure bookings
  • Collaborate to create content and manage quality
• Additionally, support various e-commerce marketing activities aimed at growing the company and its brands.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of Experience in eCommerce Marketing
• Experience in operating a Shopee Vietnam store from A to Z
• Proficiency in either speaking English or Korean to communicate with Korean team members
• Working experience in Booking KOL/KOCs
• Hands-on experience in online sales for beauty, fashion, or consumer goods
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Strong interest and understanding of beauty/K-beauty industry
• Experience operating an Amazon eCommerce Platform

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace: 
  • 100% Remote - Flexible in Location
• Contract Type: 
  • Freelance Service Contract
• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Senior: Gross 22 M ~ 25 M VND / month
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
