Hình thức làm việc remote toàn phần, startup trẻ, năng động và có tiềm năng tăng trưởng quy mô lớn.
Yêu cầu chính gồm: 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm, thành thạo SQL, REST API, đã từng sử dụng Next.js, NestJS và am hiểu quy trình phát triển hiện đại. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm SaaS/PMS, biết dùng Git và công cụ quản lý dự án như Jira/Trello, sở hữu tinh thần chủ động, cầu tiến và hợp tác nhóm tốt.

About Hospify
Hospify is a startup developing an AI-driven hotel management system, helping hotels operate smartly and efficiently. Our mission: integrate AI into hotel management to optimize processes, increase revenue, and reduce costs for hotels.
Role
We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer to join in building, maintaining, and developing new features for Hospify. You will work with Product/Design/Sales to improve the product based on real feedback. Form: Full-time, Remote (preference for full-time candidates).
Responsibilities
Develop frontend & backend using Next.js and NestJS. Write clean, maintainable code; fix bugs, optimize performance. Build new features; integrate REST APIs, connect AI and hotel systems. Maintain, upgrade existing modules; collaborate with the team for fast & stable releases.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of software development experience.
- Proficient in SQL and integrating REST APIs.
- Experience with Next.js and NestJS.
- Understand dev process: design → code → review → deploy → maintain.
- Mindset ownership: proactive, responsible, eager to learn; clear communication, good teamwork.
Additional Skills
- Experience in SaaS products, PMS, or similar management systems.
- Knowledge of Git, task management tools (Jira/Trello).
- Willingness to learn new technologies, contribute ideas for product improvement.
Interview Process
Candidates will go through 2 rounds:
- Coding Test (LeetCode style): Logic implementation task, not heavy on algorithms.
- System Design + Behavior Interview with founders: Discuss system design & assess mindset/ownership.
