Junior Master Data Administrator
IronMaxx Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG, a leading German manufacturer of sports and nutritional supplements, is hiring a Junior Master Data Administrator for a remote position based in Vietnam. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work across multiple departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Controlling, and eCommerce to ensure the accuracy and consistency of key master data. The role involves both operational and strategic responsibilities such as maintaining and updating customer, supplier, and material data, enhancing data quality, supporting cross-departmental projects, and helping implement improved data workflows. Candidates should have completed commercial training or hold a comparable degree, along with some initial experience in data maintenance through internships, training, or student work. A basic understanding of B2B business processes is expected. Essential skills include proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, good English communication skills, and ideally some exposure to SAP. Key soft skills include a structured approach to work, strong attention to detail, ability to work across teams, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Your job
Operational tasks
Maintenance, updating, and control of customer, supplier, and material master data in our systems
Support in preparing and creating new master data records while adhering to defined quality standards
Close cooperation with Sales, Warehouse, eCommerce, Controlling, and Supply Chain to ensure consistent data
Participation in monitoring and optimizing data flows in Operations
Support in handling master data-related inquiries – internally and externally
Assistance in creating and maintaining process documentation in the master data area
Participation in team meetings and occasional involvement in cross-departmental projects
Strategic tasks
Participation in the continuous improvement of data quality and related processes
Support in identifying system gaps or data inconsistencies in close coordination with other departments
Involvement in implementing new tools, workflows, or reports related to master data
Assistance with analyses of data quality, availability, and performance of master data processes
Support in measures to increase data reliability and process security
Your Qualification
Education
Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
Experience
Initial practical experience with data maintenance, e.g., through internships, training, or working student positions
Basic understanding of business processes and interfaces in a B2B environment
Professional Skills
Very good English skills
Confident handling of common MS Office applications (especially Excel)
Initial knowledge of SAP
