The position is focused on deploying AI and video analytics solutions, with key responsibilities including project coordination, timeline and progress management, and cross-functional team collaboration. Your Role:
The Project Coordinator/Manager will act as a centralized coordinator, overseeing strategic projects to ensure timely delivery and professional management. This role focuses on deployment, testing, maintenance process, timeline management, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication with assigned Scope of Work. The Project Manager will not handle commercial aspects (e.g., pricing or cost reduction) but will ensure project milestones are met and risks are flagged promptly.
The Project Coordinator/Manager need to have sufficient technical knowledge to coordinate the workflows among Tech team (Hardware, Software, AI, and Suppliers) to ensure the success of projects’ deployment.
Project Coordinator/Manager need to coordinate system design update, implementation plan, vendor sourcing from third party, delivery and installation on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage end-to-end project execution for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between Pre-sales, Tech team, and suppliers.
- Timeline Management: Develop and enforce project schedules, pushing Pre-sales and Tech teams to adhere to deadlines.
- Progress Monitoring: Closely track project milestones, review progress reports, and identify potential risks or delays.
- Risk Escalation: Raise red flags promptly when issues arise from the Tech team, Pre-sales, sourcing partners, or suppliers, coordinating solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Create and deliver high-quality presentations and progress reports to large corporations, demonstrating professional project management.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between Pre-sales (handling technical documentation and cost optimization) and the Tech team to ensure project alignment.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in project execution and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2-3 years preferably in technology-driven industries, managing Video Analysis/AI Deployment (hardware, software, or AI). - for Manager position
- 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 1-2 years preferably in technology-driven industries, managing Video Analysis/AI Deployment (hardware, software, or AI). - for Coordinator position
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex timelines and various requirements among different projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and large corporations.
- Ability to monitor progress and identify risks without involvement in commercial or cost-related decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Asana).
- Technical requirements digest and break down to proper small tasks to the teams.
- Internal and external coordination to keep the smooth and success deployment, testing and maintenance processes
- Attributes:
- Proactive and assertive, with the ability to push teams to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining project transparency and accountability.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
